ANKARA, Turkey (AP) — Turkey’s deputy prime minister says the number of refugees in Turkey who have fled the advance of Islamic State militants in Syria has reached 130,000.

Numan Kurtulmus says Monday Turkey is prepared for “the worst case scenario” should more refugees stream in. The refugees have arrived since Thursday.
